Practice Areas & Industry Experience: Mr. Seagle’s practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, to include employment discrimination, civil rights, constitutional law, contracts, and tort law. Mr. Seagle has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Seagle’s cases include:

Education: Mr. Seagle graduated magna cum laude from Troy University in 2004 with a degree in Music Education. After a brief term as an educator in Early County, Georgia, Mr. Seagle earned his law degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 2008. At Florida State, Mr. Seagle served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, Executive Editor for the Business Law Review, and Vice-president of the Mock Trial Team.
Associations: Mr. Seagle is a member of the William H. Stafford Inn of Court, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (“FDLA”), the American Bar Association, and other state and national professional and legal organizations.
